Welcome to the Carroll County Environmental Services Community. Please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the Permit Tap Fee Application under Forms & Reports to apply for service. The Permit Tap Fee must be paid prior to installation of your sanitary sewer. Installation of the sewer must be done by a Licensed Contractor through us. A current list is available on our site under Forms & Reports. For commercial or industrial service requests, please contact our office.
If you are requesting New Service due to purchasing a property, please see Property Transfers under the Customer Service tab for more information.
If you are requesting New Service due to renting a property, for billing purposes Carroll County Environmental Services cannot put the billing in your name. The billing must remain in the name that is listed as the property owner under the Carroll County Auditor's website. Sewer charges stay with the parcel not the occupant. Therefore, the property owner is ultimately responsible for the sewer charge which includes all delinquencies. It is up to the property owner to work out the billing with the occupant.
